type='html'>今天.下了一整天的雨，教室充滿著複雜的對話，單純的笑聲。跟同學之間愈來愈像朋友樣，無所不談，喜歡課堂前的互相問候，喜歡課堂後聊著自己不一樣的人生與生活，喜歡課堂上跟同學那細微的互動，這陣子讓自己覺得很開心的事..看著同學們上課後的愉悅感..他們真的把瑜伽帶到生活，自己會主動說下一次來的時間，都不會隔太久而且進步了，看著他們汗水的流動加上那認真的呼吸，我感動了....也許這也是我原動力的來源。謝謝sandy老師送我的kitty擺設，我迫不及待把他放到櫃台上了，呵呵！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 回歸我的塔論，今天有著百般無奈的事加上這樣的天氣，實在是絕配極了，就像我的心情樣，雨時而下時而停時而大下時而小下...為什麼總是會有一些不能改變的問題，其實有時候盡管你做了多少的努力，用了多少的勇氣，也不等於有了最後的勝利，這就是常常說的收獲，怎樣才算收獲，你要得到多少東西才滿足？&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;曾幾何時，你有過一邊聽著音樂一邊想著一個人，想著跟他/她/牠或它一起飛，不受任何束縛那種自由的飛翔嗎？&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                    下課後，在海邊想著那遙遠的距離，想著天空多美，月亮很圓，真想停住那一秒，我反醒著....................我們看著同一個天空同一個月亮&lt;br /&gt;                                     深深呼吸一口氣，那種釋放..................我永遠不會忘記！&lt;br /&gt;                                     今天我依然想飛，想跟灰姑娘一起飛，你不受束縛，我不受批評.....這應該                                      是我們都想要的自由...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" type='text'>Pranayana and Med</title><content type='html'>星期六，日早上的呼吸課是接著瑜伽課一起上。&lt;br /&gt;上完呼吸課後身體變輕是這種感覺嗎？&lt;br /&gt;答案是的..我一直告訴很多我的學生，呼吸有多重要，每一堂課.我強調的是你的氣而不是你做得有多好，沒有真正呼吸的同學，讓我生氣...(哈哈！)&lt;br /&gt;其實當你身體吸收大量的氧氣後，才是真正所謂的能量儲存。我常把身體比喻為氣球，當一顆氣球還不是氣球的時候，它好像沒力的身體樣，當它注入大量空氣後就像充滿活力的身體可以慢慢的自由的在空中飄來飄去，多自在，一但氣沒了，它很快就會掉下來，就像身體樣呼吸就像把氣球吹脹，只是身體多了一個吐氣，因為我們有太多不需要的東西透過吐氣排泄出來，幫助身體新陳代謝，想想如果一個人不吃不喝十幾天還能活著。但是一旦你不呼吸短短的5,6分鐘，你身體每一個細微的細胞會立即停止，機能也跟著停止......&lt;br /&gt;學瑜伽不是為了追求成為大法師。不過我喜歡做完瑜伽後帶給我的身體改變，我喜歡靠近自己的手腳，我喜歡很近的看到自己的腳趾頭，喜歡把頭頂在地板上想東想西，喜歡把腰往後折看到自己的背，喜歡把腳放到頭上放鬆一整天的疲勞，喜歡雙手可以支撐身體任何一個部位的那種輕鬆．．生氣時喜歡做很強的瑜伽來宣洩自己的情緒，難過時喜歡做倒立讓眼淚流不出來，累的時候喜歡在瑜伽墊上做大休息讓自己就這樣到天亮．．．．找到自己喜歡的方式&lt;br type='text'>台北的瑜伽課</title><content type='html'>去了兩天的台北，上了SPACE的課跟董老師的ASHTANGA YOGA ，上完後真舒服，因為簡單，乾淨，而且老師又好笑，我覺得每個學生來上一堂瑜伽課，他要的不是一堆理論，也不是要一堆哲學，不介意自己要做到多好多正確，不然人人都是大師了，要的是身體被汗水洗過的感覺，我希望學生在我的課堂上能完全的把自己放鬆，完全的投入當下，一起聽著指令，跟著伸展。做完後那一刻的大休息覺得全身舒服，而且好像所有的體力都回來。每次都能回味那種課後的感覺。希望能把真正的瑜伽帶到台南，讓大家知道能更確實的了解&lt;br /&gt;很多家長常會問，小朋友幾歲才可以學瑜伽？我認為當小朋友開始喜歡模仿的時候就可以學瑜伽。&lt;br /&gt;孩子的瑜伽課不是像大人樣追求體位法，他們要的是開啟專心，自信，愛，與謙遜的潛能。害怕是每個人的一種反應，當遇到沒信心，不想做的事，往往用害怕或做不到來給自己當藉口，而孩子對害怕的程度沒有大人的多，我們應該更要讓孩子勇敢去做每件事，就像從那裡跌倒，從那裡爬起，孩子也是。給他們多點鼓勵，不管在任何事上。不追求他們成功多少，只在於努力多少！&lt;div
